FAQs
Do I need to be a coach or practitioner already?
No - however this is an advanced training for those already or ready to start to work with humans in a supportive or developmental role, and you must have graduated from FLIP Fundamentals - For Yourself as the starting point.
Can I integrate FLIP into my own methodology or offer?
Yes. As a certified FLIP Formula practitioner, you’ll have the flexibility to use the method in a way that aligns with your niche and your audience - while maintaining core fidelity to the framework.
Is there a certification process?
Yes - you’ll complete a short assessment and case studies at the end of the programme to confirm you understand the method and can deliver it clearly and safely.
Can I teach this in groups, or just 1:1?
Both. Once certified, you can use the method in whatever delivery style fits your business; whether that’s inside group programmes, live workshops, corporate teams, or 1:1 work.
You are not authorised, however, to teach the modality of The FLIP Formula® unless you have qualified in teacher training of The Flip Formula™.
